Help identifying "pivot" for spiral balance

This came from a vinyl window, manufacturer unknown. The plastic housing is 2 5/8" long, 11/16" wide.

Take a look at our 26-379. This appears to match your dimensions. However, keep in mind that the locking tab is closer to the end. It still may work, but look it over anyway and see what you think.
