Help identifying proper coil balance and coil balance shoe

Question

I had a broken balance shoe. I removed the coil balance and shoe and need help identifying what replacement part(s) I need. Can I buy just a replacement shoe or do I need the whole assembly? The number 4 is embossed on the coil that was connected to balance shoe.

We don't have your exact pivot shoe, but if the coil springs have the "T" end like our Series 160 then I think you can use our 15-191. The metal center cam should work with your pivot bar. See what you think!
