Hi, I need to start replacing the window crank handles and I don't know what handle they are. I've tried a couple and they don't fit on the stem. The window looks to have been made by roto and it be included the series in as one of the pictures. The handles I have have some sort of plastic material which is between the actual handle and the stem bolt but unfortunately I don't know what the actual shape could be as the windows are all over 10 years and I am not the one who purchased them. Can you help identifying the handle?

Hey there,
Thanks for writing in! Your are correct, the crank operator you have does appear to be a Roto brand part. That said, you should be able replace your handles with the 39-224 Fold-down Crank Handle. It is made with a 5/16" Hex.
