Help identifying replacement parts

Home Owner from Gulf Breeze, Florida

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me identify some parts for our windows.  Home was built in 2002/03 and some of the window sash balances and associated hardware have worn out, broken, or just become difficult to operate.

I will try to post some pictures of the parts I'm hoping to find, but they are the spiral balances, pivot shoes, and maybe some of the sash stops.  The Window are white aluminum units and from what I can determine based on construction documents and materials list were made by Capitol Windows.

Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. This appears to be a tilt window. Depending on the tube's diameter, take a look at the 3/8" S900 or 5/8" S600

I'm afraid we don't sell the sash stop, but we can help with the pivot shoe, though it's too obscured to ID. We'll need to see photos of an undamaged version removed from the window, including the written-out thickness and width.
