Help identifying rigid window weather seal

Question

Hi, returning customer here.

See attached photos. The weather seal I'm looking for:
1. Is from the top of 25-year-old wooden windows;
2. Has like a 1/16 flexible t-slot connection, connected to a rigid plastic rectangle tube;
3. The rigid rectangle tube has a flexible seal flap that is perpendicular to the t-slot.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the weatherstripping shown in your photos. If you haven't already, you may want to try reaching out to the window manufacturer directly.
