ring pull for upper story loft window

I'm trying to identify a ring pull for a building built in 2001. The plastic on the latch pictured above broke off and goes through to a locking mechanism at the back of the window. The lower stories have flat latches with a similar locking mechanism.

The base of the latch is 1" x 3" and has a loop that is meant to be pulled by a pole. I could find no markings on the windows or the latch that indicated brand.
