Description:
Looking to identify and replace this awning window operator. It's from an older aluminum-frame awning window (bottom-mounted crank), likely 1970s–80s. No visible casting numbers or manufacturer stamps anywhere on the housing or arm.
Measurements:
Top mounting holes: 1.25" center-to-center
Top holes to bottom bracket hole: 5.25" (long dimension)
Housing body: 4.5" long x 2.25" tall x 1" wide
Operator arm: 3" long
White painted finish over metal housing, steel arm (rusted), riveted pivot
Black rubber/plastic bushing at the crank socket, crank handle is missing
The arm connects to the sash and the whole unit mounts at the bottom of the frame. Several windows in the building have the same failing unit, so I'm hoping to order multiple replacements — exact match or a compatible modern substitute would both work.
