Help identifying the correct channel balance replacement part

A quick learner from Colorado says:
Hello,

We could use help in selecting the proper replacement channel balance.

34" long, 1/2" wide, pictures attached of the ends and the existing part stamp.

Lower half of the window is 25lb, and this is a non-tilt window.

Not sure how much I trust the existing part number, as the windows related to this have always been difficult to close, and we suspect may not have had the correct units used, as all other windows in the house are fine.

Thank you,

Kevin

Thank you for your post. Please take a look at our S380-34 channel balance. To make certain this is the correct balance you need, measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe and compare it with ours. If everything matches up, then you should be good to go. as for the stamping, your stamp corresponds to our 3350 which holds a sash weight of 28-32 pounds. However, you mentioned that your sash weighs 25 pounds. If that is the actual weight then that means the 3340 stamping would make the better option. I would ask to reconfirm the sash weight to see which stamping would make the better choice.
