Help identifying these parts

I am looking to help my family member fix their windows and they have this style balance arm. I have only ever dealt with the metal spiral balance arms. They are 22" if anyone can give knowledge and tips on the job I would be forever grateful

Thanks for your post! This is the S795-22 Channel Balance. I am confident this will work as a replacement for your repairs but I'll need to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window to determine if our most common configuration is the one you need.

I'll also need to see a clearer photo of the hook/clip attached to the top of the balance and how it attaches to the top of the window track.
