Help identifying top sash guides

Question

I cant seem to find these top sash guides on the site. They are 1 3/4 long and 5/8 wide. The balances used with them are s385. Thanks

Please see our 18-171 top sash guide. I think this can work for you. The only thing is, the top is a little taller than yours. You should be able to cut it down a bit.
