Hello,
I am looking for replacement balances for the faulty unit shown in the attached photos. I also need the plastic piece that screws into the side of the sash window.
Please see the following information to help identify the parts:
Length of metal part (excluding plastic parts): 32.75"
Width of U section: 0.588"
Markings on metal: 32 5 B.S.I PM
Markings on lower plastic piece: PAT 6598264
Sash window weight: 31 lbs
QTY Required: 4 X Window Balance, 4 X Plastic hook that screws into the sash window

As for the top sash guide in your first photo, that'd be our 18-171.
