Hello,
The rope on one of my window balancers broke while trying to close the window the other day. I need help identifying which type it is so that I cant oder from your website. I believe you guys are the original manufacturer.
I have providing pictures above but, i was only able to upload 5 pictures. I could not find any other markings on the window balancer besides the ones i pictured above.
The balancer is 27 inches.
If you guy guys need more picture please contact me.
