Help identifying 20-4 and 14-3 stamped balances

Question

I have two sets of window balances I am trying to identify
The first set has the markings 20 4 b. S. I. PR
The metal channel measures 20.75 in
The depth of the foot is 1 in.
The second set has the marking 14 3 pr
It also has a 1-in foot depth
