Help identifying window channel balance

Hello,

I need two replacement parts of the attached. The part is stamped

(06/2) UNIQUE 27-D-40

But as you can see from the attached, it is 28" long. So I am unsure which of the Series 770 to purchase.

If the metal channel is 28" long, then you might want to stick with that. You will have to weigh your sash to determine which of the S770-28 options is best for you.

Tom,

The sash weighs 23 lbs.

Some additional information - the windows are not the highest quality, and the sash does not go up and down in the channels easily.

Would you recommend the C or D?

Thanks for getting back to us, Kevin. Since both 23 pounds is right on the cusp between the 28C and 28D options, it is really up to your best judgement. I would just double check to make sure the sash is exactly 23 pounds. If it's a little over or a little under, I would select the option accordingly.
