Help identifying windows balance

Hi,

I need to replace some of my window channel balances and want to make sure I order the correct part. I believe these are series 380 balances, but could possible be series 385. Can you tell from the enclosed photos which series these are?

Hello,

It looks like you actually have a unique balance that will need to be custom ordered since we do not carry them as stock items. Placing a custom order is a fairly simple and straightforward process but we will need to know the number of balances you'd like to order, as well as the stamp number on the metal channel of your original balance, to get started.
