Help identifying/ordering coil return

Question

Folks, you will see in the photos, I have had a coil return fail on a Simonton  window. If you could help me identify the parts I need to repair, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of the pivot shoe that your coils anchor to removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
