Can you please help me identifying the patio door handle brand & model so that I can order a replacement ?

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 82-086. This handle set measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers and has a keyed exterior pull. Review the specifications and see what you think.
