A quick learner from USA says:
Here are four pictures of an existing 2740 channel balancer that I need to replace. What part/model do I need to order?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting, John. Take a look at our S395-28 channel balance. I think this could work for you. I would also recommend a 2740 option, of course.
A home owner from Las Cruces, NM says:
Thank you. I'll now check my windows to see how many I'll need. Do you recommend that when I replace one that I replace the other so they're a matching set?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Yes, it's usually a good idea to replace both. That way the new balance doesn't have to work extra hard to make up for the older balance, which is probably weaker due to age.
A quick learner from Las Cruces, NM says:
I will be ordering (22) S395-28 channel balancers, 2740, for my eleven windows based on the conversation I had with Tom. This is assuming that all my windows use the same balancers.

If any of my windows turn out to be different, can I return whatever I don't use and exchange them for the correct ones?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
You sure can! See our return policy here. However, you should check each window just to be 100% certain. You can never be too sure when it comes to balances.
