Help in identifying proper sash balance

Hi
I have a 3/8 diameter tube with a greenish blue tip, the problem I am having is that my tube is 28 1/2 inches long. What do you do in such a case?

Hello! Is this a tilt window? If so, and if your tube is 28-1/2" long, I would recommend moving up to 29". See our S900-29.
