Help locating this casement operator

I'm afraid we don't have this exact operator, but I wonder if you could get our 39-044 to work. You may need to take it to a machine shop and have them cut the arm and drill the hole at the end like you need to match your operator. I can't be sure it will work, but it might be your only solution. The original version is no longer made.
