Help looking for replacement.
Hello! Thanks so much for reaching out to us. This lock looks very similar in design to our 90-323. I think this may be what you need, but review our specs below (which are for both the lock and the included keeper) and see what you think. I'm also happy to answer any questions you may have.
Another questions, I don't mind having a different latch. Is it simply finding a latch system with the same hole location?

Finding a latch with the same hole pattern is definitely ideal, since that way you can avoid having to drill new holes. However what's more important is ensuring that the latch actually secures the window. That means A) it needs to be compatible with the keeper, and since ours comes with its own keeper then B) you need to make sure that the keeper will fit in place.
Your next step should be to examine the existing keeper in your window to ensure that it's identical to the one that comes with our 90-323 kit. As long as it is then I feel confident our hardware will work for you.
