Help me, need balances

Quick Learner from Georgia
I will need three balances like this. I can even use the existing shoes if you are unable to match them. The pulley system parts are destroyed. Thank you for your help!

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. I'll just need more information as I believe this might need to be a custom order. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel as well as the stamp? It'd also be helpful to see the end profile of the metal channel itself so that we can confirm if it's squared off or ribbed. Lastly, can you confirm if the dimensions of the metal channel match the image below?

The length of the metal channel is 29". It is a ribbed channel. The dimensions you have illustrated above are the correct dimensions of the channel. More photos attached. Thanks.

Thank you for waiting while we looked further into this. This balance must indeed be a custom order due to the configuration shown in your photos. However, please note that your old shoe isn't something we can supply but the new balance will come attached with a pivot shoe we believe will work in its place.

For us to get this moving for you, can you confirm how the balance mounts to the top of the window? Custom orders are nonrefundable so we just want to be thorough.

Thank you!

Great, thanks so much! I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (3) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

Please note that we always recommend replacing balances in pairs as pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new hardware to wear out much faster since it has to pick up the slack for its weaker counterpart.
