Help me Identify window balance part

Question

I think this is 1/2", length between 24 to 25". I see 23 2 BW CMC 8 stamped on the balance. Single hung. Thanks!

Your balance looks like a match for the S378-24, S380-24, or S385-24. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe, so you will have to measure as shown below. You can also select the 2320 stamp option for the new balances.
