Help me find this pivot shoe

Help I can't find the part to fix my windows. Here are some pictures of the parts to 4 of my windows that will not stay up. Will you please help me. the spiral rod is 28 3/8 inches long and 3/8 in diamiter. The part that is broken is 1" X 2". My delima is that I didn't see anything that looked like the broken part.

Thank you for posting. I assume the width of this part is 1", but what is the thickness? That will help us find a good replacement for you.

it is 1/2 inch thick
