Help me identify a window balance

Question

Mine is marked "26-4 BA CMC 11"

Previously, for other windows in the same home, I ordered your part S395-27 for other windows, and they worked fine. But the differences shown in your pictures are too subtle for me to make out and confirm.

The metal part alone of the broken one is 27" long, so I think that part will be correct.

Thanks for posting. Can you send pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the metal channel? That will help us confirm what you are working with. That stamp only tells us the strength of the balance, not its identity, so photos of the attachments is the best thing to go off of. Many thanks.
