Thank you for reaching out to us. We can't ID your balance from these photos. Can you show us a photo of an undamaged balance's bottom shoe? What's the length of the metal channel?

It says 24 C BSI on the lower side. Does that help?

I'm afraid the stamp isn't an identifier. We'll need to see photos of an undamaged version of the bottom shoe to ID your channel balance.

I found a balancer that wasn't damaged. Is this helpful?

Thank you kindly! Your balance looks like a match for the Series 351 or Series 390, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. It's tough to make out accurate dimensions from photos of a tape measure, however.

Is the length of the metal channel 25"? If so, your 24C stamp may correlate to the 2430 stamp option for a sash weighing 15 to 19 pounds. You can always weigh the window sash to confirm whether it falls within this range.
