Help me identify this operator

I do not know what to buy.
A customer submitted photo of a window operator.

Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, I'm having a bit of trouble recognizing this operator. If at all possible, can you please take a picture of it from the top down, so that I can see the positions of the installation holes? This will help me determine what operator you will need.

Also, is the hole on the end link threaded? Please let me know. Thank you for your cooperation!

attached is top view as you requested do u have my original email w/ all dimensions? I had drill out connecting arm to remove..but I don,t thinks there was any threads Pls advise if any further info req'd. thanks for uir help Mike

Thank you. Please take a look at our 39-016 and 39-017 Pan Am/Daryl Window Cranks and compare their dimensions to your own hardware. Do you think they will match up? Please let me know.
