Which hinge will replace this without having to drill new holes

Take a look at either our 32-345 or 32-353. See if one of these matches your old hinge. Unfortunately, getting exact replacements for these cabinet hinges can be very tricky, and sometimes modification is unavoidable. Let me know if you have any other questions.
