Good morning, I have a channel balance that the metal measures 28" by 1/2" but I am having trouble identifying the ends. The one I have had no numbers or brand name on it. Also, the windows have no brand names on them. Would you happen to have replacements that will work for me?

Your balance resembles the S395-28 channel balance. Since there is no number markings on the channel, you will need to weigh the window sash. Once you have the weight, compare to the strength chart on the product page to choose the correct stamp option to support the sash.
