Help needed for sash lock and window balancer

A quick learner from USA says:
I called about needing help and was asked to provide photos of the parts I'm seeking which I provide here.
5- sash locks (attached photos with measurements): Center from hole to hole= 1-1/4". Sash riser height is 3/8". Sash latch height is 1"
3- 17" 1640 rated window balancer spring assemblies

You have an old Kinco window. Please compare our S351-17 balance to yours; you would need a stamp option of 1640. As for the lock and keeper, I am afraid that the die cast lock and steel stamped keeper aren't made anymore. We use to have a replacement option, but even that was discontinued. We do have a keeper that is similar your dimensions, but you would have to drill the lower holes to attach to your top sash. We suggest taking the broken lock to your nearest hardware store and see if they can reattach it. I apologize for the inconvenience and best of luck with the repairs.
