Help needed to identify a part

Hi,

Please see the attached photos. Which part is this? I have a bunch I need to replace on impact windows. If your company sells the part...can you share how to ensure I buy the correct part for the weight of the window. Thank you!

Thanks for writing in. I am pretty confident we can replace this balance for you; but that stamp code is pretty unique. Can you give us the exact weight of your window sash? That will determine the best way to proceed. Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. One last point is the 'depth', or heel-to-toe measurement, of the bottom nylon shoe. We believe your shoe depth is likely the same as our 15-004, which is 1-3/32" deep, but double-check this before ordering to be certain. I have sent you a custom link to order (2) 24" balances, stamped 23DS 37. If you need a different amount, let me know before ordering, Also let me know if you have any other questions, and if that shoe depth is indeed different. Thanks.
