Help needed to identify replacement hinges

Hi! I'm missing the 3/4" width clamp that attaches my kitchen cabinet doors to the cabinet frame. I've included 2 pictures showing what the entire assembled piece looks like on my other cabinets, plus a pic of half of the hardware present on 2 of my cabinet doors. Is it possible you can help? I looked at your site and some of your hardware looks very similar but want to make sure I get the right parts. I need two for each of the two cabinet doors
