Good day!
It's been years since I could open this casement window with the crank. The crank holder is cracked and crank no longer opens the window.The window opens to the right.
The crank has a number on it; looks like either 7191A8 or windows.
The arm mechanism works just fine.
Looking to replace the crank holding mechanism.

Hello, Dott! Looks like your worm gear is stripped out. This kind of damage unfortunately can't be repaired, so you will need an all new operator.
The good news is that I'm very confident we can supply a replacement. You have an Andersen brand part, and we have a very respectable inventory of Andersen parts. I just need to see the rest of the operator so that I can narrow down the list of possibilities. Either the operator must be removed, or you will have to open the window and take a clear, top-down photo. I just need to see as much of the complete mechanism as possible, including the arms that open and close the window.
