Help removing plastic glazing from the window

A contractor from North Texas says:
I can't get this plastic glazing out so I can replace. Please advise.

Using a heat gun (sometimes a blow dryer works) heat up vinyl and sometimes the plastic glazing will come right out.

Sometimes when the window factory glazes the window the adhesive spills over to the vinyl and holds it in with the glass. You might have to cut out the glass from the frame on the inside. We sell a tool 75-052 that makes it easier.
