Help repairing drawer

Question

I bought dresser at garage sale and five drawers just flop out when pulled out. The center t shaped track is there but no continuous guide. I tried replacing the guide alone but it's still jiggly. Any part I can buy that will act as a track for drawer? 18 inch depth

I have a couple ideas, but before I recommend anything I'd like to see a couple pictures of the hardware you have now. That would help me narrow down the list of possible solutions.
