In reviewing your photos, it's possible your bottom nylon balance shoe's depth is 1-3/32". If this is in fact accurate, you may be able to use our S385-17 channel balance. You would choose the 1640 option to correspond with your "16 4" stamping. Look it over and get back to us if you have any further questions.
