Help replacing 1970s door weather-stripping

Hello.. I'm in need of door weather-stripping from the mid-1970's. Attached is a photo of the "suspect" in question. If the weather-stripping is still being made, great! If not, is there a weather-stripping made - of the same demensions - without the extra leaf? Just the bulb and T-slot... And, would that "work" or would it not stay in place without the leaf? Here are the approx. demensions: Total height, 3/8". Height of bulb, 1/4". Width of bulb, 5/16". Width of T, 5/32". Thickness of T shank, 1/8". Total height of T slot, 1/8".

I haven't been able to find this. We do carry a the 58-135, which is a possibility, but the "T" is 3/16". Do you think you could get that to work or would it be a little too wide for the groove in the door?
