Help replacing Arcadia latch

My name is David. I work at Alpine Ace Hardware in Aspen Colorado. I'm looking for another one of these Patio Door Handles for a customer. it's an Arcadia latch with screw holes at 6" center.

I'm not sure about the mounting hole spacing, but take a look at the 82-033 handle to see if you can adapt that to your customer's patio door.
