Help replacing Caldwell 32 4 GP window balancers

Need help identifying the proper model to replace broken non tilt sliding window balancers. String seems to be disengaged and is stuck. Track measures 33inches. Attached photos include different angles of both ends of unique nylon fittings

Thanks for posting! This window balance can be replaced with the either the S380-33 or the S385-33. You'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe to determine which of these is the correct replacement.

You can likely use the 3240 stamp option, but it may be a good idea to double check that your sash weight falls between 23 to 28lbs.
