Help replacing window lever

Question

The black lever is busted and is on the left side of the window it's a right swing window it opens to the right the lock is on the left. The picture is the lock lever itself and then behind it we can see from the outside with the sash open of the basement window

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that I've never seen this type of lock before. Would it be at all possible to see it removed from the window? That way I can review the entire mechanism. Would you also happen to know who made the window?
