Help revised!

My second email. This is revised with additional photos and info. Window will not go up or down more than an inch. Cannot find balance and other pieces that look like photos. Numbers on the balance are:

20A BSI

I followed one of your videos and completely disassembled the balancer and pivot feet. I fixed the problem! Window works perfectly now!!!
