Help selecting PGT channel balances

Hi. I have what I believe are PGT windows with broken channel balances. Need help selecting the correct replacement parts to order. See pictures attached. Thanks!

Thanks for posting. I'm pretty confident we can replace these balances and shoes for you, but we'll need to see both the balance and pivot shoe it attaches to out of the window to be able to help. For the balance specifically, we'd like to see a picture of the clip at the end of the cord that attaches to the pivot shoe, any stamp code on the metal channel, as well as how the balance attaches to the window jamb at its top. From there, we'll do our best to match what you need. Thanks.

Thanks so much for the reply. See attached pictures. The balance attaches to the jamb at the top with a single screw.

Let me know what to buy. I am going to replace these for at least 5 windows at the same time.

Thanks for getting back to me. Take a look at our S770-27. Just make sure this is the length of your balance's metal channel. You will need a stamp option of 27B. Let me know if you have any further questions.
