Help selecting replacement hinges

Plastic on one of the hinges broke. Looking to select the correct hinge assembly for replacement. Purchased a set and it was not the correct one. Looking for help to not have to go through the return process again. thanks in advance

Take a look at the 36-025HD 18" long four-bar hinge. This is a similar style to your original hinge, but review the specifications below and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
