Help to ID lock mortise? lock set

Hello,
I am trying to determine the correct lock mechanism to buy. The top latch no longer protrudes from the door, as if a spring inside it too weak to hold the weigh of the handles. Additionally, while disassembling to investigate, I also apparently messed up the deadbolt now too. Finally, see bottom of last photo, and I'm unable to remove the deadbolt cylinder. As a result, I cannot remove the latch mechanism from the storm door frame. Thanks in advance for your help to both ID a new part and on how to remove cylinder. Sincerely, Dan
