Good morning,
I need to purchase two balance tips for my kitchen window and was hoping you could help me with this. Here is the information I have about these balance tips: the tubes (where the spiral goes into) are 16” long, 9/16” wide, with a white tip; they fit into pivot shoes that are 2” tall, about 1” wide, and blue. I did my best to weigh the sash using a bathroom scale, and it weighs about 10-12 pounds. Below are photos I took of the parts I just described. I noticed a foam piece connected to the balance tips, which you can see its function better in the third photo from the top. Thank you for your help so I can finally keep the window up without using a piece of wood.

Hello, thank you for posting,
For a 9/16" diameter tube, please review the Series 600 spiral balance. We do have a white tip option available, but can only support up to 10 pounds. If your sash weights 10-12, you may need a red tip instead that can support a 6-18 pound window sash. Please double check!
For the pivot shoe, I recommend removing the original to re-measure as it looks wider than our 1" options. It appears similar to the 15-015 that is 17/32" thick by 1-1/4" wide. Please review below!
Dimensions for 15-015
Also see and compare the 26-139 single hole aligner. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
