Help to identify door rollers

Home Owner from Chula Vista, CA, US

Hello,

Attached are door rollers I am trying to replace. As you can see, the plastic rollers are destroyed. Looking through your catalog, it looks like either 23-081 or 23-086. However, I cannot tell if mine is defined concave or convex??

On another note, is it possible to pop out the plastic wheels and replace them, so to not have to replace the entire assembly? These are installed on heavy closet doors. The rail was installed over carpet, and the tracks do not line up. I believe this is how they got destroyed. We plan on removing the carpet underneath the rail so it sits on solid ground. Your thoughts?

Thank you for reviewing.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Daniel. It looks like you have a concave wheel like the 23-086. The video below will go over the details regarding the difference between concave and convex wheels.

Note that the wheels themselves aren't designed to be replaced or removed.
