Help to identify window counter wt spring

Hi, vinyl window snapped constant counter spring, looks like 6-1/2 lbs. Please help identify spring, slide block and support base for my window. Do you folks also carry the side locking latches if based upon a photo to be replaceable? From other posts, I read your team is awesome to offer this support.
