Help w this part

Thanks for writing in! There are a few balance series that come to mind when viewing the shoe and the stamp. To narrow down the correct replacement match, I'll also need to a photo of the top attachment on the balance as well as one of the bracket connecting the spring and cord (string) inside the balance.
