Hi, I am trying to identify this seal, can you help tell me what it is?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your weatherstripping is too damaged to identify, unfortunately. In order for us to help, we would need to see an undamaged sample's end profile to compare to our inventory.

I'm afraid this is still too worn. If there's an identical window with an undamaged seal, we could use that as a reference.
