Help with Alpine window parts ID

Question

I have Alpine window with 31-3/4 x 21-1/4. One of the channel balance thread broke. Need your help in identifying the replacement part.

Hi Vishnu. See our S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2930.
